Reducing carbon footprint

The butchershop will strive to provide high quality meat products to the local restaurants operating in the TSC community at favourable terms to reduce their carbon footprint.

Responsible packaging

The butchershop aims to reduce the use of plastic and non-recyclable packaging. We use paper bags instead of plastic stamped with our logo to reduce the carbon footprint of printing. We also give customers the choice of re-usable trays (instead of foam) that can be traded back at cost for store credit.
