Meatology is an ethical butchershop opening in The Sustainable City, Dubai.
The shop aims to be an example of how butchers and other food stores can adopt a responsible approach to sustainability while still providing the best quality products and services.

Responsible sourcing of meat
We do our best to try and source our meat from ethical suppliers and cruelty free farms.
Reducing carbon footprint
The butchershop will offer high quality meat products to the local restaurants operating in the TSC community at favourable terms to reduce their carbon footprint.
Responsible packaging
The butchershop will try and reduce the use of plastic and non-recyclable packaging. We use paper bags instead of plastic stamped with logo to reduce the carbon footprint of printing. The shop also gives customers the choice of re-usable trays (instead of foam) that can be traded back at cost for store credit.
